Two members and one guest (three total participants) had a mixed time at the Fall Dove Hunt (central zone - Buda) on 10/13/06 - 10/15/06 at Louis and Gary Drott's season leases in the Buda, Mustang Ridge and Creedmoor areas. Larry Dowden got two birds on Friday at the Von Quintus field. He ran into some guys who said that they had been doing good there in the evenings. Dick Matteson and his son, Rich, hunted at the school house field on Sunday. Action was light but steady from 7:30 AM until about 8:45 AM. They saw around three dozen birds.
