The meeting was held at Charles Cutchens' home. Two officers and eight members were present (10 participants). The July - September 1995 issue of Hunting His Way was distributed. The video "Coastal Fishing" was shown. 1995 FCS caps and patches were made available to men who wished to join the club or renew their memberships. Candidates for the Presidency (Randy Rowley and Eddy Chance) each made a "campaign speech." The 1995 ballot was distributed. The ballot was tabulated by Larry Dowden, Treasurer. Officers for 1996- 1997 are as follows: President - Eddy Chance, Executive Vice President - Derrich Pollock, Vice President (Special Events) - Paul Wilson, and Treasurer - Larry Dowden.
