Two officers, three members, one guest, and two sons (eight total participants) had a mixed time at the 10/6/06 - 10/7/06 Fall Dove Hunt (central zone - Buda) at Louis and Gary Drott's season leases in the Buda, Mustang Ridge and Creedmoor areas. Jim McGee and Louis Drott hunted Friday afternoon at Von Quintus and about 6:00 PM they got six combined walking the grain field. The dove didn't even come to the mojo they had set up. On Saturday morning I, Randy Rowley, bagged one dove. Everyone else was skunked. We hunted the school yard and Von Quintus. I think that the most shells that were fired by any one hunter was three.
