The meeting was held at New Hope Church. All four officers, an officer from the North Austin Chapter and two members and one son were present (eight total participants). Issues of the October - December 1996 Hunting His Way and several flyers were distributed. The minutes from the business meeting are as follows:
1. The meeting was opened by the South Austin Chapter President.
2. A discussion was held on the Annual Winter Dove Retreat scheduled for 1/3/97 - 1/5/97.
3. A discussion was held on the Annual Sweethearts Dinner tentatively scheduled for 2/28/97.
4. A discussion was held on the next Archery Hog Hunt scheduled for 3/7/97 - 3/9/97.
5. The meeting was closed by the South Austin Chapter President.
