Three Buda Chapter officer's attended the 12/5/07 Buda Chapter Meeting at Hays Hills Baptist Church.
Hunter Phillips opened the meeting with prayer.
The officer's reviewed the FCS Bylaws to familiarize themselves with the operating procedures of the Club and to gain a better understanding of their individual roles within the Club as well as the Buda Chapter.
The officer's discussed what the mission of their chapter should be and agreed that out-reach to the unbeliever should be their main focus.
The officer's discussed additional officer positions within the chapter and agreed to look at adding a treasurer in the near future.
The officer's discussed getting their chapter event calendar going as soon as they can. They agreed to meet on 12/12/07 to start putting the event calendar together.
