The meeting was held at Randy Rowley's home. Three Officers, six members, and one junior member were present (10 total participants). A home video on the 12/5/98 Sporting Clays Shoot and a video on hunting exotic game were shown. A discussion was held on upcoming events. The 1999 FCS calendar was presented and accepted unanimously.
