The meeting was held at New Hope Church. No officers, six members and five guests were present (11 participants). Issues of the January - March 1996 Hunting His Way were distributed. The minutes from the business meeting are as follows:
1. The meeting was called to order by the Vice President Emeritus/Editor.
2. A reminder was made concerning the next Sweethearts Dinner scheduled for 2/23/96 at the Mardi Gras Cafe.
3. A reminder was made concerning the next Semi Annual Catfish Fishing Outing at Rainbow Lake scheduled for 3/9/96. During the discussion, it was discovered that Rainbow Lake had closed apparently due to an algae problem, therefore, the Catfish Fishing Outing will have to be cancelled for now.
4. A reminder was made concerning the next Annual Family Camp Out scheduled for 3/29/96 - 3/30/96 at Inks Lake State Park. Note: this event was rescheduled for 4/12/96 - 4/13/96 due to the fact that the last weekend in March was not a good weekend for the boat providers.
5. A reminder was made concerning the next General Meeting scheduled for 4/4/96 at Larry Dowden's home.
6. The meeting was closed by the Vice President Emeritus/Editor.
