Eddy Chance requests prayer for his nephew, Aaron, and his wife Kristy’s newborn son Malachi. He is in the NICU at Cabrini in Alexandra Louisiana. He is having respiratory problems and one of his lungs has collapsed. He is intubated so they have him medicated to keep him asleep. He was 7 pounds 1 ounce at birth and now is about 6 pounds, 11 ounces.
Ken Hamilton's friend, Brett Corbett, requests prayer for his brother's battalion. They hit an IED in Iraq suffered their first casualty, Second Lt. Alger, on 11/1/07. SPC Holt and SPC Woodard were severely injured and were taken to Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio. Please keep these families in your prayers.

Dan Grace requests prayer for his sister who was evacuated due to the California wild fires and is staying with friends. She hopes to be able to return in 3 - 5 days, depending on the path of the fires and the weather. Her office manager, Annie and her husband, lost their entire home.
Eddy Chance's sister, Colleen, called and her best friend Sissy Hilton is in ICU in Leesville, Louisiana suffering for arrhythmia. They are going to use electricity to try to get her heart back to normal. Please pray for her and the doctors and nurses attending her.

Curtis and Tonya Slovacek requests prayer for a team of ten people left Dallas on 10/13/07 for Greece. They will be working in the burned forest area where 67 lost their lives. They will be cutting trees and building terraces to protect homes from mud slides this rainy season. Only with God's help can they do this. Pray for safe traveling and God's strength for the team. Also that we may be a Witness of the love of Jesus to the Greek people.
Tonya Slovacek requests prayer that God will provide for a day care that they have been working with in the Marble Falls area. This past weekend 10/6/07 - 10/7/07 someone stole the tricycles that they had accumulated and the chain link fence to fence in the playground with. Please be praying that the community comes together and helps raise the funds needed or donates the items needed. This daycare takes care of the children of our lower income working families. The water piping for the soccer field has also been taken. Jim Walden has pancreatic cancer that is not shrinking. They need it to shrink in order to do surgery.
Liz Mimmick has end stage breast cancer. She does not have much time left.
A friend of ken Miller's has prostate cancer and has had several heart bypasses.
Harold Terry's dad, age 80, has Parkinson's Disease and has had heart bypasses. His wife takes care of him. Doctor's have now found a spot on her lung.
Ken Hamilton requests prayer for HB Keating. He went to the hospital for a 20 minute prostate procedure. They discovered that he had blocked arteries so he had to have surgery. He then developed a blood clot in his leg that required more surgery. They then discovered that he had blood clots in both lungs. He has a wife, Charlene, and three grown children.
Curtis Slovacek requests prayer for Joyce Wright, who has decided not to have her third brain surgery for a very aggressive Stage 4 tumor. The doctors have not given her any encouragement that the surgery would significantly prolong her life. She may elect to have chemo at a later date. Joy, her husband, Norm, and his daughter are at peace with this decision and their prayer is that she will have a minimum of pain during the final weeks or months. Please pray for Joyce, Norm and the family for a miracle of complete healing. Please uphold them in prayer during this critical time.

Keith Miller's friend, John Harris, lost his wife and kids due to a bout with alcohol. He’s now living out of his car and jobless. This is a man who used to own a successful real estate company. Please pray that he’ll be open to hearing about the amazing grace of God again. Keith met with him on 8/20/07.
Ken Hamilton requests prayer for his friend Gene Berek, who had surgery to re-attach a snapped tendon in his arm (it snapped at the elbow). Pray for healing. Also be in prayer for his and his ex-wife’s patience and wisdom for one of their children.
Regina Kidd's father, Gail Woodard, went to be with his Lord and Savior on 8/9/07. He has always been a strong Christian man and a great witness for for our Lord. He fought cancer for five years. Pray for comfort for his family.
Eddy Chance's Aunt Faye has been admitted to a hospital with heart problems. Pray for healing.
Will Basham and his wife were involved in a serious accident on 7/11/07 when a pickup pulled in front of them on Highway 6. Will hit the truck going about 65 MPH. The other driver suffered a broken shoulder and ribs and Will's wife had a concussion. They both also suffered scratches, abrasions, and bruises mostly from the seat/lap belts and air bags. Will's Expedition was totaled. The DPS Trooper stated that they all probably could have been killed.
Ken Hamilton requests prayer for Sean Creeden who has Leukemia and is in a hospital in Denver. He's a young guy in his mid-thirties. He is married with small children including a recent new baby.
Ken Hamilton requests prayer for his friend Bill Riva’s niece who just had a child and who lost her home to a wild fire (along with 250 other families in South Lake Tahoe) that jumped the fire line on 7/3/07. Bill lives on the North shore of Lake Tahoe so this hit close to him.

Ken Hamilton requests prayer for Cindy Knight. She had a mole removed on 4/30/07 and was diagnosed with melanoma. On 5/10/07 she had surgery to remove the bad cells. Please pray that the melanoma has not gotten in the bloodstream or lymph nodes and that the surgery got it all. Pray for quick healing, no pain, and no infection.
Eddy Chance's brother's wife, Jonnie Chance, has a staff infection of the blood. She is in the hospital in Louisiana. Please pray for Gods healing.
Ken Hamilton's daughter Cheryl just finished her fourth major chemotherapy treatment on 4/16/07 and will begin twelve weeks of weekly shots before undergoing radiation. She has decided to do a 60 mile, Breast Cancer 3-Day Walk to raise money for a cure. Please pray for strength to successfully complete it. If you decide to participate financially, it will be greatly appreciated.
Jeff Reece had to have his gall bladder removed on 4/30/07. Pray for a speedy recovery.
Ken Hamilton's wife, Wanda, had eye surgery on 4/24/07 on both tear ducts. She is recovering.
Ken Hamilton requests prayer for Christy Riva, who blew out her ACL last week at soccer practice. She will have surgery around 4/28/07.

Marcia Farmer's (Ken's wife) mom has inoperable Stage 4 lung cancer. She is receiving chemotherapy.

Jim McGee's grandson, Cody, leaned his hands against a hot fireplace glass and burned them severely. The hospital staff then wrapped a bandage too tightly around his arm, causing nerve damage (his hand started to droop). He's getting better but still had a ways to go. In two months he will be re-evaluated again. They will decide if surgery is necessary. Pray that his little hand will continue to improve and he won't have to have any surgery. Thanks for all your prayers. Keep them coming.
Larry Dowden's sister, Melinda Douglas, was hospitalized for a brain aneurysm in Houston. The first procedure was successful on 4/3/07 so they installed the "curl" in the aneurysm. She is now home and doing much better. She is having some major headaches, but recovering. She asked for prayers for relief from the headaches and for patience for her husband. They haven't been getting along too well. Through all of this she is also trying to quit smoking. The smoking thing has contributed to her having this problem to begin with. Larry has several family members that smoke and it's killing them, they just can't seem to find the will and God's grace to quit.
David Hamilton’s wife, Cheryl, will have her third chemo treatment on 4/6/07 Friday for malignant breast cancer (DCIS). She has been very weak and has lost her hair plus now has a throat infection. Please pray for her full recovery and for David’s patience and strength through all of this.
Delia Geary requests prayer for Mary (Tom's second cousin). She has an abdominal aortic aneurysm. One surgical option is Endovascular Stent Graft (which will involve a few days in the hospital and a 4 - 5 week recovery). The other surgical option is Surgical Aneurysm Repair (which would require 2 - 3 days in ICU, a week in the hospital, and a 3 - 5 month recovery. Pray that she will require the lesser option.
Jason Brashear's wife has left him and taken their children. She has filed for divorce. Please pray that they will be reconciled.
Ken Hamilton requests prayer for his friend Bill Riva. Bill is dealing with a hurt leg and back. He also lacerated his eye and the eye drops they gave him had a Sulfur derivative in them that he is allergic to. They have caused him internal problems that they are having trouble diagnosing.

Ken Hamilton requests prayer for Cindy Hogan, who has been diagnosed with stage 4 cervical cancer and her chances for survival are very slim. She was pregnant with her second child. She had miscarried recently at three months. Please pray for the healing of Cindy.
Randy Gordon went to the hospital due to chest pains on 3/11/07. A battery of tests revealed that nothing was wrong, but he is still having occasional pain.

Eddy Chance's dad, Rev. C.V. Chance, who suffered from Congestive Heart Failure and pneumonia, continues to improve after he stopped breathing for a few minutes on 12/18/06 and was placed on a ventilator. He went home on 1/24/07. They now have to figure out where he live, as he can't live alone anymore, according to the doctors. As soon as they can schedule a heart catheter he will have to go back in for a day surgery. Thank you all for your prayers and support. God is still in the healing business.
