The meeting was held at Pok-E-Jo's barbecue restaurant on 5th Street. Two officers and one member attended (three total participants). The 2002 Proposed Calendar was approved (see the Upcoming Events page). The 2002 FCS T-shirt continues to be in development by Derrich Pollock. Derrich is finalizing the shirt and will order 24 shirts in the near future. Two South Austin Chapter meetings were added to the calendar. Randy Rowley was elected Club President unanimously. The following propositions passed unanimously:
Proposition 1
The Club President will serve a two year term (current term 2/7/02 - 12/31/03).
Note: The two year term stipulation will be added to the Bylaws in the "Officers" section.
Proposition 2
Future elections for unopposed officers/members (as determined by Ballot Surveys) will not be held. The unopposed officer/member will automatically receive another two year term.

Proposition 3
The Club will implement awards to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers at all future Quarterly Sporting Clays Shoots.
Proposition 4
The awards for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers at future Quarterly Sporting Clays Shoots will be paid for from Club funds.
Proposition 5
The Club should purchase Mr. Ewald a gift for his consistent honesty regarding the game conditions at his property. The gift will cost no more than $50.00.
