The meeting was held at Randy Rowley’s home. Three officers and eight members were present (11 total participants). The tape “Classic Hunts III” was shown. A discussion was held on upcoming events.
1. A motion to disband the club was not seconded; therefore, a vote was not taken (as in accordance with our bylaws).
2. Officer elections were held. Officers until 12/31/01 are as follows: President – Randy Rowley, Vice President – Derrich Pollock, and Treasurer – Ronnie Ross.
3. The 2001 calendar was accepted and a discussion was held on upcoming events.
4. A discussion was held on how to handle guest fees for future FCS Dove Hunts. The matter was tabled. The officers will further discuss the matter at an NAC Officers Meeting on 2/24/01. The NAC Officers will make recommendations to club members at the 4/5/01 NAC meeting.
