4/5/94 Officer's Meeting minutes

 

 

The meeting was held at Jim's Restaurant.  All three officer's and the founder (four total participants) were present.  The minutes from the business meeting are as follows:

  1. The meeting was called to order by the President.
  2. A discussion was held on the FCS logo.
  3. A discussion was held on the upcoming Rabbit Hunt at the Headquarters Ranch.
  4. A discussion was held on the upcoming Canoe Trip down the Guadalupe River.
  5. A discussion was held on planning a hog hunt.
  6. A discussion was held on the most appropriate method for Club members to make proposals.
  7. A discussion was held on club membership requirements.  The proposal was tabled.
  8. The meeting was closed by the President.
