The meeting was held at Ken Farmer's home. All six officers attended.
It was decided that, in the future, Club T-Shirts will be ordered and paid for in advance.
A membership due was decided upon. These dues will cover the cost of printing newsletters, flyers, directories, ballots, etc., postage, video tapes on hunting and fishing (to be shown at club meetings), materials for service projects, and guest speakers at club meetings. Dues are payable to the Treasurer. Membership dues are for the period January 1 through December 31. The Club officers will decide how funds will be allocated. The dues are necessary to ensure equality in sharing expenses.
It was decided that the business portion of FCS meetings will begin at 7:00 PM. If you wish to share in a meal please arrive early (suggested 6:00 PM). Club members who wish to eat will be responsible to secure their own food.
It was decided that Service Projects will be conducted for members of the Club only at this time. Expanding outside of the Club is a future possibility.
The format for General Meetings was decided upon. The meeting will be called to order by the President (with prayer). The minutes from the last meeting will be read by the Secretary. Officers will read their reports. 1. Vice President (Outings). 2. Vice President (Service). 3. Vice President (Information). 4. Treasurer. Old Business will be discussed. New Business will be discussed. The meeting will be closed by the President (with prayer).
Bi-monthly Officer's and FCS General Meetings were decided upon. Officers meetings will be on the Saturday before each General Meeting (6:00 AM, Kirby Lane Cafe, Research Blvd.). General meetings will be on the last Thursday of every other month (unless said Thursday is on a holiday). All General Meetings start at 7:00 PM.
