On 5/24/08 FCS will shoot at the Llano County Clay Busters Open. Two years ago the Kidd family shot at the Llano Crawfish Open (as it was called then) and had a great time. Kenneth reported that the targets were easier than Capitol City and the food was great. This year they will no longer have the mudbugs but they will continue with ribs and sausage and all the trimmings. The cost for a round of sporting clays is $20 more than Capitol City but if you consider the fact that you're getting the equivalent of a $10 meal then it is only $10 more and you have the chance to win prizes. In addition to sporting clays they offer flush and 30 bird jackpot games. This will be the first tournament that we have shot since 2/24/94. We will meet at Lowe's at 183 and 620 at 7:30 AM (which will get us there about 9:30 AM - by doing so we'll avoid the initial traffic jam of shooters) and convoy to save gas.
