The meeting was held at Furr’s Cafeteria in Northcross Mall. Ten members were in attendance.
The meeting was called to order by the President with prayer.
Various outings and service projects were discussed.
FCS T-Shirts and outdoor art by Eddy Chance were made available to Club Members. T-Shirts sell for $10.00 each. Membership dues were set at $10.00 year. See item 2 from the 5/23/91 Officers Meeting. It was decided that an application form for membership will be created. This application will be used for all club prospects and current B&P Club members who are interested in retaining membership. Our system of membership acceptance (you are a hunter, know a hunter, or have heard of hunting) has become outdated. The application will weed out persons who do not really want to be in the Club or who are inactive (which will save the active members in printing cost and postage. The system of “hunt with a member and you become a member” also will be eliminated.
