8/2/94 Officer's Meeting minutes

The meeting was held at Jim's Restaurant.  Two of the three officer's were present.

1. The meeting was called to order by the President.
2. A discussion was held on a Dart Shoot scheduled for 8/13/94 at Archery Country.
3. A discussion was held on the Semi-Annual Sporting Clays Shoot scheduled for 8/27/94 at Capitol City Trap & Skeet Range.
4. A discussion was held on an Opening Saturday Dove Hunt scheduled for 9/3/94.
5. A discussion was held on the Annual Fall Dove Hunt/Retreat at Camel Mills Ranch scheduled for 9/22/94- 9/25/94.
6. A discussion was held on a non-chartered Striped Bass Fishing Trip scheduled for 10/29/94 on Lake Buchanan.
7. A discussion was held on the Annual winter Dove Hunt/Retreat at Camel Mills Ranch scheduled for 1/5/95- 1/8/95.
8. A discussion was held on a proposal for an addition to the bylaws on how proposals should be handled.
9. A discussion was held on a proposal for a revision on club membership requirements.
10. The meeting was closed by the President.
