My name is SallyJo Frame and I have read most of the Webpage of FCS. I would love to shoot on Saturday and bring some of my boys, however, I am not a member of FCS, obviously. Please reply with who I need to call for further info. Thank you in advance.

Thank you for your inquiry. You and your boys are welcome at the shoot. We only ask that adults closely supervise young children. I also want to be up front with you regarding our membership policy. Presently only males can join FCS. We have visited the idea of allowing women to join a couple of times and it was voted down both times. The majority felt that the Club was established as a brotherhood organization and wanted it to remain so. I realize that you did not ask about joining but I wanted you to be aware of our policy in case you ever did. We presently allow wives of members to attend all FCS events. To be honest we have never addressed whether we should allow a single woman or a woman who is married but her husband is not a member to participate in activities, however, we will address this issue I promise you. I will advocate for such women to be allowed to attend our Sporting Clays Shoots that are held at public facilities but not allow such women to attend events where we are out in the woods miles from civilization. As Christians we must avoid even the appearance of evil. I am also sure that Club members wives would not be very happy to know that we are out in the woods with single women or women without their husbands. Hey, Randy, I just called your home and left a message. I thought the number you gave me was your work number. Anyway, my 2 boys are 17 and 13 years old and have shot with me before. We are still slight beginners, but want to get better. If I, as a female, am intruding, I can watch and just bring the boys. Please be up front with me and let me know. I certainly appreciate all the info you sent regarding membership and some history of the club. Would you please send me directions to the facility and what time we should get there and what time we would be able to leave. Do we bring cash or check or credit card.? We bring our own guns and ammo, but not targets? Karl Bremer, who attends our church, CrossPointe, is planning on coming tomorrow and he was the one who told me about it. Thank you so much.

No, you are not intruding. Click here for directions. Please arrive when the facility opens at 9:00 AM. The shoot will take about two hours. Just bring guns and ammo. The cost of the shoot includes the targets. They take cash, checks, and credit cards. I look forward to meeting you.
