_________________________, referred to as SPORTSMAN, Lee Ewald referred to as OWNER, and The Fellowship of Christian Sportsmen referred to as FACILITATOR agree: in consideration of the payment of $25.00 per day (25 Dollars and no 100ths/day) SPORTSMAN is granted a non-exclusive license for the following hunting: Dove Hunting only.
During the following dates:
Beginning date: Friday, September the 22nd, 2006
Concluding date: Saturday, September the 23rd, 2006
Provided, however, that if the legal season for such hunting is less than the time specified, the license shall terminate at the same time that such hunting season concludes.
The premises licensed herein consist of: Those indicated on map, see attached, located in the County of Dimmit, State of Texas.
SPORTSMAN agrees that that he will conduct all hunting in strict accordance with the relevant regulations of the laws of the State of Texas and the rules of the FACILITATOR (see attached), and further that SPORTSMAN will indemnify and hold harmless OWNER and FACILITATOR from any and all activities and the results thereof in violation of such laws and regulations.
SPORTSMAN realizes and understands that they are participating in a potentially dangerous activity. In the event that ANY activities of SPORTSMAN result in damage to property or personal injury, SPORTSMAN shall indemnify and hold OWNER and FACILITATOR harmless from any claims resulting therefrom.
SPORTSMAN shall provide at his own expense all necessary permits for the same. Should the context so require "hunting" should be inclusive of target shooting.
In consideration of the rights granted herein, SPORTSMAN agrees that the hunting activities permitted herein are at SPORTSMAN's sole risk. This license is personal and non- transferable, and SPORTSMAN agrees to require any other joining in hunting or spectating with him to execute such license forms as OWNER may deem necessary to bind them to this agreement including any minor children.
My signature below attests that I have read the Fellowship of Christian Sportsmen's Dove Retreat/Hunt rules and Game Law Reminders and agree to abide by them. I understand that violation(s) of safety rules and game laws can lead to termination of my hunting privileges for a specific hunt or expulsion from the lease by the retreat officers without a refund. I acknowledge that hunting is a potentially dangerous endeavor and agree to hold harmless the officers and members of The Fellowship of Christian Sportsmen and Lee Ewald and family for any accident in which I suffer injuries or property loss (including a fatal injury) while on this retreat.
