All officers are expected to set the example for the FCS membership by following the bylaws and through attendance in FCS meetings and outings. All officers are expected to be current members of the Club. The Vice President is responsible to notify the Chapter President when circumstances beyond his control preclude him from attending a meeting.

1. Responsible to participate in scheduling, planning, and promoting FCS Chapter meetings, Officer meetings, and outings.
2. Responsible to lead FCS officer and Chapter meetings in the absence of the Chapter President (as delegated).
3. Responsible to complete assignments as delegated by the Chapter President.
