Venison - Beef - Chicken marinade by Eddy Chance

 

 

Place meat in flat container.

Season meat with salt and pepper.

Cover with mixture of 1/2 cup white vinegar, 1/2 Worcestershire sauce, 1 chopped yellow onion, and 1 small bottle of Italian dressing.

Cover container.

Place in bottom of refrigerator overnight.

Venison can be grilled or prepared like beef.
